The last two years have seen the London trio release two critically acclaimed albums on Matador only several months apart – the poised Tracey Denim and the grand The Twits. They’ve traversed the globe with headline performances from Istanbul to Tokyo, sold-out multi-night stints in New York and Los Angeles, and festivals including Corona Capital, Glastonbury and Coachella. With over 160 shows worldwide across 2023-2024, bar italia became an exhibitionist and muscular five-piece – equally comfortable at festival mosh-pit incitement and moments of pin-drop intimacy.

Friday 27th - Ultimate ELO
ELO helped form the soundtrack to the seventies, and “Ultimate ELO” play sets packed with all the disco hits and lighter waving anthems that will have everyone singing and dancing along.
The mid to late 70’s pop charts were dominated by ELO. Think about those massive hits: Livin’ Thing, Telephone Line, Mr Blue Sky, Sweet Talkin’ Woman, Turn To Stone, Wild West Hero, The Diary Of Horace Wimp, Don’t Bring Me Down, Shine A Little Love, All Over The World, Xanadu and many more.
Ultimate ELO is fronted a Jeff Lynne lookalike / soundalike tribute and is a live band with no backing tracks. As well as capturing the energy of ELO in their 1970’s prime, the sound and vocals the band produce are uncannily like those heard on those classic records.
